Michael T. Murphy is President of SkyVest. Mr. Murphy was previously the Chief Investment Officer of Clearway Energy, Inc. (NYSE:CWEN), where he was responsible for mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy and the commercial optimization of Clearway’s 8 GW generation portfolio. Prior to Clearway, Mr. Murphy held positions in Strategy and M&A at NRG Energy (NYSE:NRG), where he executed more than $9 billion of M&A transactions for renewable and conventional generation assets. Mr. Murphy helped to lead the formation and Initial Public Offering of NRG’s publicly-listed subsidiary NRG Yield, which eventually became Clearway Energy, driving the growth of its asset portfolio and enterprise value from 1 GW and $3 billion to 8 GW and $15 billion, respectively. Mr. Murphy began his career in the Utilities, Power and Renewable Energy investment banking group at KeyBanc Capital Markets. Mr. Murphy holds a BSBA with concentrations in finance and law from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.

Mr. Michael Current is the Chief Financial Officer of SkyVest Renewables, taking the role in May of 2024. He most recently served as the Sr. Vice President of Finance for JERA Americas, which is the US subsidiary for JERA Co. based in Tokyo, Japan. Before joining JERA, Mr. Current was the Chief Financial Officer of Everpower, which owned, operated, developed and constructed renewable energy projects in the US. Prior to Everpower, he was at NRG for nine years holding positions in the Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategy and M&A, and led the finance functions at a wholly owned subsidiary. His 30-year career in mostly finance and engineering roles has always been in energy, with over 20 specifically in the finance sector of the power industry. Mr. Current holds a MBA specializing in Finance from the Jones School of Business at Rice University and a Bachelors in Science of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Stephany LeGrand is the General Counsel of SkyVest. Previously, she was General Counsel of ConnectGen and supported greenfield development of a 20 GW pipeline of U.S. renewable assets and the sale of the platform to Repsol. Prior to ConnectGen, Ms. LeGrand served as the global legal focal point for onshore renewable power and on the Onshore Renewable Power and New Energies Extended Leadership Teams at Shell, providing legal services in mergers & acquisitions, project development, operations, and strategic development for renewables, new fuels, venture capital, and digital ventures in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Following a clerkship in the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Texas, Ms. LeGrand began her legal career at the international law firm of Eversheds Sutherland, practicing in litigation, crisis management, and transactions. Ms. LeGrand holds a BBA from Texas A&M University and a JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center.

Prior to joining SkyVest, John Breckenridge retired in 2023 as the founding CEO of Arevon Energy, one of the largest renewable IPP’s in the United States. Arevon’s portfolio includes 5GW of operating Solar and Wind assets along with an extensive fleet of Utility Scale storage projects, a sector in which it has been an industry leader. Prior to his leadership of Arevon, Mr. Breckenridge’s 40-year career included 20 years in private Equity where he led Capital Dynamics’ Renewable Energy investment funds, growing those funds from $400M to $7.5B over 6 years, before spinning those assets out to form Arevon. Previously, he led Bregal Energy’s energy private Equity business for 6 years and was partner at JP Morgan Partners (now CCMP Capital) for 6 years. He has had extensive investment experience in many forms of power generation and technologies, along with industrial manufacturing and service business. For the first 18 years of his career, he was a manager of a variety of industrial manufacturing business. He began his career as a mechanical engineer in AT&T’s power equipment group. Mr. Breckenridge has been on over 30 active boards of directors, including both private and public companies and businesses in the US, Europe and Asia.

Currently Mr. Mark Albenze serves as an advisor and board member with SkyVest and Arclight, a position he assumed in June of 2024. Mr. Albenze has been responsible for multiple multi-billion dollar global P&L roles throughout his career.
Mr. Albenze retired from General Electric in April of 2025 where he served as Group Vice President and was a Corporate Officer. Prior to this role Mr. Albenze was Vice President of Gas Power Service responsible for the servicing of over 7000 gas and steam turbines with a global employee base of over 13,000 field and back office employees.
Mr. Albenze additionally retired from Siemens in 2020 where he was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the global Service Business Unit of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, a position he assumed in 2017. Additionally, he held the position of CEO, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Inc., which he assumed in 2017.
Prior to this position, Mr. Albenze was the CEO of Siemens Wind Power’s global Service business from 2014 to 2017. In 2011 Mr. Albenze was appointed CEO Siemens Wind Power Americas Business Unit where he was responsible for the new equipment business including sales, projects, engineering and manufacturing.
From 2004 to 2011, he was Vice President, Siemens Power System Sales in the U.S.
He held various positions in new unit generation sales, supply management, business development and marketing both in the U.S. and South America from 1998 to 2004.
Prior to 1998, he held several positions of increasing responsibility at Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Notably, he served as officer in the United States Army from 1989 to 1992.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University, a Master’s degree from Troy University and a Master’s degree from Webster University.

Mr. Hall has 35 years of experience managing hydroelectric facilities and companies in the Northeast, and has been directly responsible for all facets of hydroelectric company operations, including facility maintenance and operations, employee management, regulatory compliance, and business development activities.
From 2007- 2023, Mr. Hall was directly responsible for ArcLight’s hydroelectric facilities in the Northeast. These included the Black Bear Hydro portfolio of eight electric plants located on the Penobscot and Union Rivers in Maine; the Brown Bear facility located on the Androscoggin River in Maine; the Worumbo facility also located on the Androscoggin River; and the Great River Hydro portfolio which consisted of 589 MW across 13 hydroelectric projects along the Connecticut and Deerfield Rivers.
Prior to that, Mr. Hall had direct responsibilities for PPL Corporation’s nine hydroelectric portfolio included managing the relicensing process and compliance activities for all FERC- licensed projects. Prior to that, Mr. Hall worked for Bangor Hydroelectric Company.
Mr. Hall earned a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Maine.

Mr. Stan Horton is a retired energy executive. Immediately prior to his retirement in June 2024, Mr. Horton was the President & CEO of Boardwalk Pipelines.
During his 50 year career in the energy business, Mr. Horton served as either President and/or CEO of several energy companies including Cheniere Energy Corp, Panhandle Energy, Cross Country Energy and Enron Transportation Services.
Mr. Horton has served as an independent Director of SemGroup Corp. (NYSE) as well as a Director of Enron Liquids Pipeline (NYSE), EOTT Energy Corp (Chairman), Northern Border Partners (NYSE), Portland General Electric (NYSE), Cheniere Energy Partners (AMEX) and Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (NYSE).
Mr. Horton currently is on the Board of Directors of Boardwalk Pipelines and is a Senior Advisor to the Board of Managers of SkyVest Wind Energy.
Mr. Horton holds a Master of Science, management degree from Rollins College and a BSBA (Finance) from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Horton is a member of the UCF College of Business Hall of Fame, and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Business. Mr. Horton and his wife also established the Stanley C. Horton Endowed Chair in Business Ethics at UCF.

Mr. Tom Kiernan was the CEO of the American Wind Energy Association from 2013 to 2021. In that role, he successfully led several campaigns to renew the Production Tax Credit and obtain appropriately helpful IRS guidance. He also began and helped lead the wind-wildlife collaborative with conservation organizations and led the preparation of AWEA to include more solar representation and to become American Clean Power.
Since leading AWEA, Mr. Kiernan has been President and CEO of American Rivers where he co-led a collaborative effort with the National Hydropower Association that obtained $2.6B in the 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Prior to leading AWEA, he was President of the National Parks Conservation Association from 1998 to 2013. Before then, he was Deputy Assistant Administrator of the EPA in the Office of Air and Radiation where he led the daily implementation of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 for the George HW Bush Administration.
Mr. Kiernan has a BA in Environmental Computer Modeling from Dartmouth and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
